NOTICE: ONLY FILIPINO CITIZENS (BOTH PARTIES) CAN BE MARRIED AT THE CONSULATE GENERAL
For prospective Filipino couples wanting to get married at the Consulate General
- Fill out Marriage Form and Joint Affidavit of Witnesses Form.
- Submit duly filled out forms and and other requirements specified in Case A to Marriage Section.
- Proceed to the Cashier (Room 3) for payment.
- A date of marriage shall be given to Filipino prospective couples.
- Return on given date of marriage with at least two (2) witnesses and original receipt. Proceed to Marriage Section.
- NOTE : If one of the contracting party was previously married, submit duly authenticated Annotated Marriage Contract, Finality of Dissolution of Marriage, and amended passport.
Fee : AED 340.00
REPORT OF MARRIAGE
In reporting a contracted marriage between two Filipinos
Submit five (5) copies of each: signed Marriage Contract, Report of Marriage, Marriage License, passports of contracting parties to Marriage Section.
If one of the contracting party is not a Filipino Citizen
- Fill out Report of Marriage Form.
- Submit five (5) copies of Marriage Contract duly attested by Ministry of Justice and Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Dubai at Marriage Section.
- Submit five (5) photos and five (5) passport copies of both parties.
- Proceed to Cashier (Room 4) for payment.
- On release date, after five (5) working days, proceed to Releasing Section.

تقدم خمس نسخ من عقد الزواج مصدقة من وزارة العدل و وزارة الخارجية مكتب دبي في قسم الزواج
تقدم خمس نسخ من جواز السفر من كلا الطرفين
وأذهب الى صندوق (غرفة 4 ) لسداد
في تاريخ الأستلام بعد خمس أيام الدوام

For Filipinos Planning To Get Married In The Consulate General’s Premises

- (1) Marriage Contract [fill up clearly & legibly]
- (1) Report of Marriage Form [fill up clearly & legibly]

- DFA – Authenticated NSO Certificate of Non-Marriage (CENOMAR)
- Passport Copies of Groom, Bride, (2) Witnesses
- (2) copies each recent passport-size photos of bride and groom
- DFA – Authenticated Advice of Parents for applicants aged 21-25
- DFA – Authenticated Consent of Parents for applicants aged 18-21
CASE B
For Filipinos Planning To Get Married In Other Venues Recognized by the UAE Government
- (2) Marriage Application Forms for Certificate of Legal Capacity to Contract Marriage (LCCM)
- (1) Joint Affidavit Form
- (1) Marriage Announcement Form
- (1) Report of Marriage Form [properly filled up, clear , complete and legibly]
Required Enclosures
- DFA-Authenticated NSO Certificate of Non-Marriage (CENOMAR)
- Passport Copies of Groom, Bride, (2) Witnesses
- (2) pcs. of each recent passport-size photos of bride and groom
- DFA-Authenticated Advice of Parents for applicants aged 21-25
- DFA-Authenticated Consent of Parents for applicants aged 18-21
- For married Filipino Muslim males, DFA-authenticated Consent of First Wife
CASE C
For a Filipino Planning To Marry a Foreigner (Note: Only Filipinos can be married at the Philippine Consulate General)
- (2) Marriage Application Forms or Certificate of Legal Capacity to Contract Marriage
- (1) Joint Affidavit Form
- (1) Marriage Announcement Form
- (1) Report of Marriage Form [fill up clearly & legibly]

- DFA-Authenticated NSO Certificate of Non-Marriage (CENOMAR)
- Passport Copies of Groom, Bride, (2) Witnesses
- (2) pcs. each recent passport-size photos of bride and groom
- DFA-Authenticated Advice of Parents for applicants aged 21-25
- DFA-Authenticated Consent of Parents for applicants aged 18-21
For the Foreign Applicant
- Certificate of Civil Status from the Applicant’s Embassy or Consulate in the UAE
- If already married Muslim [for Males only], written Consent of First Wife authenticated by applicant’s Embassy or Consulate in the UAE
- FOR UAE NATIONALS: written consent from parents notarized by a local lawyer and, if already married, written Consent by First Wife, also notarized by a local lawyer
- (2) new passport-size photos and 2 copies of valid passport
- Certificate of Good Moral Character from the UAE Police
- Certificate of No Objection to Marry from the employer TO INCLUDE information on Salary, years of service or employment
- Joint Affidavit of (2) witnesses of the same nationality as applicant
لمقدم الطلب الأجنبي
شهادة من السفارة أو القنصلية في دولة الأمارات العربية المتحدة الأحوال المدنية لمقدم الطلب
أذا كان متزوجا بالفعل مسلم ( للذكور فقط) موافقة خطية من زوجه الأولى مصدقة من السفارة الطالب أو القنصلية في دبي
لمواطن الدولة الأمارات العربية المتحدة موافقة خطية من أولياء الأمور موثقة من قبل محامي المحلية, أو أذا كان متزوجا بالفعل من تأليف زوجته الأولى مصدقة أيضا من قبل محامي المحلية.
2 حجم صورة جواز السفر الجديد و 2 نسخة من جواز السفر ساري المفعول وشهادة حسن السير و السلوك من شرطة دبي
شهادة عدم ممانعة ليتزوج من صاحب العمل ليشمل معلومات عن الراتب و سنوات الخدمة أو التوظيف
أفادة مشتركة شهود من نفس جنسية لمقدم الطلب
