Filipino Community
The Consulate General of the Republic of the Philippines encourages a dynamic, diverse and united Filipino organization in Dubai and the N. Emirates. We believe that Filipino organizations, while fostering camaraderie and goodwill among its members, should also endeavor to promote what is good, what is true, and what is beautiful in the Filipino and the Philippines to the much larger community and the government and people of the host country. We trust that Filipino organizations are capable of creating bridges of understanding for Filipino expatriates and local populace’s norms, mores, and traditions. We see these organizations as effective channels in facilitating communications, assistance, and other services, and as effective means of pursing the greater interest of the Filipino.
