PCG Serves Filipinos in Fujairah
The Consulate General of the Republic of the Philippines, together with its attached agencies – POLO, OWWA and Pag-ibig – held mobile services at the Hilton Hotel in Fujairah last Friday, 6 July 2012.
Filipinos in the north emirate were quick to avail of the array of services which were made available. Eighty seven (87) renewed their passports while another 10 amended/extended their current ones. Contracts and Job Orders were also notarized while those who applied for Report of Marriage, Acknowledgements, Certifications and SPAs received their processed documents on the same day. A wedding was also solemnized with the bride and groom exchanging vows on the sidelines.
A group of nurses who availed of the passport renewal also got the chance to register for the Overseas Absentee Voting (OAV) and form part of the 82 nationals who filed their registrations.
Other services availed of were payments of Pag-ibig contributions, OWWA contributions, and OEC.

It was a one-time special activity announced over our website, Facebook page, radio, and TV. We are hoping to conduct similar activities in the future.
